Sales Manager
Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Department: Sales

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of Solar panels, GoodWe inverters, and TSI lithium-ion batteries in the South region.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with EPC companies, distributors, dealers and solar installers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective market coverage and partner engagement.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, gather competitor insights, and strengthen the brand presence.
Market Expansion & Channel Management
- Expand the dealer and installer network across Sindh and Balochistan.
- Assist in organizing dealer meets, technical trainings, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing, and customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience in the solar / electrical / power / renewable energy sector.
- Strong network among Solar EPCs, distributors, dealers and commercial clients in the southern region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively across the region.
